The Lover's Charter

A covenant of rules and tender pledges.
Item 1. One participating in this relationship in concern, must drink a minimum of 2–3 litres of water every span of four-and-twenty hours.
Item 2. On any day wherein a call may not grace our hours, at least one voice of affection shall be sent.
Item 3. Each shall take their nightly rest in good measure, sleeping no fewer than six to seven hours.
Item 4. One must regard their beloved with gentle speech and tender conduct.
Item 5. Whosoever grows weary in mind or soul shall speak forth their burden.
Item 6. Both shall maketh time for one another, even amidst the trials of labour and study.
Item 7. Acts of care, howsoever small, shall be offered freely and with glad spirit.
Item 8. Neither shall withdraw their warmth in anger; let patience be the remedy.
Item 9. In matters of health, each shall hold the other in remembrance.
Item 10. Above all, loyalty shall be their steadfast companion.

The Covenant of Mutual Endeavours

Shared aims to nourish and guide our days.
Endeavour 1: To keep one evening per week sacred for conversation, without screens or hurry.
Endeavour 2: To journey together at least once each year to a place unknown to us both.
Endeavour 3: To support one another's learning — each to teach, each to learn, within six months.
